This is how onion makes your skin & hair healthy

Our food is incomplete without onions as it enhances the taste and flavor but as we all know that onions have anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial properties and because of this, onion is effective for our hair skin.
Mix one spoon olive oil in one teaspoon onion juice. Apply this mixture on your face and wash the face after about 20 minutes.
The vitamin A and C in onions reduce the effect of free radicals in the body. These free radicals make you look older and onion has an anti-aging effect on the skin.  For this, take some onion juice and massage your face with it. Massaging for five-ten minutes in a circular motion and this will improve blood circulation on your skin and will improve the skin tone also.
Onion juice increases the level of an antioxidant-enzyme catalase in the body, which makes your hair grow. Onions also have a high amount of sulfur, which nourishes hair follicles. When the scalp is massaged with onion juice, blood circulation increases on the scalp and it nourishes the hair.
You can also make this mixture, mix two tablespoons of coconut oil in two tablespoon onion juice. Apply this mixture on your scalp and massage for a few minutes. Leave it on the hair for 30 minutes. Wash the hair with a mild shampoo.
Soak three tablespoons of fenugreek seeds in water overnight. In the morning grind them in a blender. Add two tablespoons of onion juice to it. Mix this mixture well and apply it on your scalp and hair. Let it sit for half an hour and then wash the hair with a gentle shampoo and your dandruff will be gone.
