Two persons, including a minor, were killed and as many injured after being hit by a truck in Robertsganj Kotwali police station area here, police said on Tuesday.
The incident occurred on Monday night when the truck, on its way to Sonbhadra from Varanasi, overturned and hit people sitting on a culvert, additional SP O P Singh said.
Those killed have been identified as Chotu (15) and Sandip Kumar (18), he said, adding that the injured were rushed to BHU Trauma Centre in Varanasi.
