A new report claims that Apple will unveil the four models in its upcoming iPhone 13 lineup in September. They will have larger batteries, a more advanced chipset, and enhanced mmWave 5G coverage. AppleInsider reported that TrendForce, an independent research firm, had described its expectations for this device. The company said it expects a return to a standard September release.
According to the research company, iPhone sales could rise 30% year-overyear due to the new models.
TrendForce also lists some features it expects to see on the new iPhone 13 models. They are mostly consistent with previous reports and rumours.
Additionally, other reports suggest that the 'iPhone 13' could sport a new 120Hz ProMotion display and additional professional camera features like ProRes video recording.
In July, a report stated that the iPhone 13 Pro models would switch Pacific Blue for bronze-like Sunset Gold'.
A survey revealed that 43.7 percentage of iPhone users intend to switch to iPhone 13 - an increase of 27% over the iPhone 12 purchase intent.
However, 56.3% said that they aren't interested in the forthcoming iPhone range.
Reports mentioned that iPhone 13 had a higher refresh rate display with Touch ID, always on display Touch ID and smaller notch/notch-less design. These were the most popular rumoured features. They are at 22 percent, 18.2 percent, 16%, 10.9 %, and 22% respectively.
