Kangana Ranaut, actress, reveals what a terrible childhood experience was. The actress made the revelation on Ekta Kapoor’s reality TV show Lock Up.
The actress disclosed that she was sexually abused in her youth during an interaction with contestants. Kangana Ranaut stated that the incident occurred in her hometown, Himachal Pradesh. Kangana Ranaut talked about child sexual abuse, good and bad touch, and how to teach them.
Kangana Ranaut revealed that she had had a similar experience after Munawar Farooqi (reality show contestant) said that she had been sexually assaulted by Lime at the age of six.
Kangana Ranaut’s words …. “Munawar, many children go through this kind of abuse every year, but no one discusses it in public.
This has happened to many, including me. As a child, a boy my age would inappropriately touch me. But I didn’t understand what it meant. Every child experiences this regardless of how protective the family is.
Children are too young to be taught about this. It is impossible to make them sexy, or teach them the difference between good and bad touch.
This is the greatest threat to society. This is a major problem for children. It causes traumas and wounds in their lives. This creates problems for their later years. This platform is designed to raise awareness about the issues of child abuse and sexual assault. Munawar and me have been there. “- Kangana Ranaut
