Bagga claims that HC gave a’resounding slap at Kejriwal’ for using the Punjab Police

Tajindar Pal Singh Bagga of the Bharatiya Janata Party Delhi unit was arrested last Wednesday. He claimed that the Punjab High Court had given a “resounding slap to Chief Minister Arvind Kehriwal.”
Notably, the High Court ordered that the Punjab police refrain from taking any coercive action towards the Delhi BJP leader up to July 5.
The Punjab police arrested Bagga last week after a high-stakes drama that the leader called “illegal”.
Bagga addressed a joint press conference and said: “I had stated that if your insults to the Kashmiri pandits are not apologied for, then we won’t let you live peacefully.” Bagga asked if this is a threat on his life. Arvind Kehriwal, who tried to prove his might, was given a harsh slap from the High Court.
According to the BJP leader, the Delhi Chief Minister used the Punjab Police in an attempt to pursue those who were tweeting against him. He was scared by the tweets.

“The country used be proud of the Punjab Police who had defeated Khalistan. People who are critical of Kejriwal’s tweets have been arrested by the same police. He said that he would not be afraid and would continue to ask questions.”
Bagga raised a question regarding the Guru Granth Sahib sacrilege. She claimed that Kejriwal is protecting the accused.
“When would they put the Guru Granth Sahib sacrilege suspects? Kejriwal is deliberately shielding them. Kanwar Pal Singh, the MLA of Kejriwal’s party, has also claimed this. “He said that the SIT that was shielding these culprits had also resigned.”
“Kejriwal used say that the report would allow the culprits to be imprisoned in 24 hours. Kanwar Pal Singh claimed that the officers who defended the culprits were elevated after AAP became power in Punjab. Bagga said that Bhagwant Mann, the assistant CM, and half CM (Bhagwant Mann), are unable to do any work.”
Bagga, not surprisingly, reached his Delhi residence on Friday and Saturday nights after being “rescued” from the Delhi Police. Later, he claimed that the Punjab Police had entered his house in large numbers and had arrested him “as they would with a terrorist”.
After Arvind Kejriwal’s alleged threat, the BJP protested against the Punjab Police’s arrest of Bagga.
The Punjab Police filed a case against Bagga earlier this month on charges of making provocative remarks, promoting religious hatred, and criminal intimidation. The case was brought against Arvind Kejriwal, Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), supremo, for his comments on “The Kashmir Files”.
