BSF apprehends 4 Pakistani fishermen, seizes 10 boats near India-Pakistan border

Border Security Force (BSF), apprehended 4 Pakistani fishermen, and seized 10 Pakistani boats near Kutch at the India-Pakistan maritime boundary.
BSF Bhuj released a statement stating that four Pakistani fishermen were apprehended and 10 Pakistani fishing boats seized by a special party. They were trying to sneak into India through Harami Nalla, near Kutch District in Gujarat.
BSF Bhuj Special Ambush Party observed movement between Border Post No. The police have cordoned off the area between Border Post No. 1165 & 1166. According to the statement, the area is being searched.
BSF patrolling units launched an extensive search operation after the seizure to determine if any additional boats from the neighbouring country had entered Indian waters.

It stated that nothing suspicious had been found on the fishing boats.
Officials reported that the Border Security Force (BSF) handed over a child, aged three, from Pakistan to the security personnel in the neighboring country.
BSF informs that the troops of Ferozepur Sector 182 Bn BSF apprehended a child from Pakistan on Friday around 7:15pm. The child was approximately three years old. He crossed the border into India and entered Indian territory.
According to the statement, they stated that the child was not able to speak and was therefore kept in safe custody by BSF.
It was an inadvertent crossing. BSF approached Pak Rangers further and the child from Pakistan was handed to them at 9:45 PM.
It said that BSF takes a humane and compassionate approach to dealing with border crossers who are not intended.
