Delhi records 34 fresh Covid cases, no death in two days

According to the Health Department bulletin, Delhi reported 34 new Covid cases on Tuesday. This brings Delhi’s total to 14,39,252. However, there has not been a single fatality in the city over the past two days.

The death toll in the city is 25,089 and the death rate is 1.74 percent. Two deaths have been reported in Delhi from the infection so far in October.

The Covid infection rate has dropped to 0.06 percent in the capital. Active cases also saw a decrease to 365. The health bulletin stated that 38 patients have recovered in the past 24 hours. This brings the total number of recovery to 14,13,798.

At the moment, 98 Covid patients can be treated in isolation at home.

The active Covid cases rate for Delhi is 0.025 percent, with a recovery rate of 98.23 Percent.

In the meantime, 61,094 additional tests were performed in the last 24 hour, including 39, 156 Rapid PCR test, and 21,938 rapid antigen. This brings the total to 2,83,733,078.

At the moment, there are 102 containment zones within the city.

Of the 1,29,181 vaccines that were administered within the last 24 hours 52,582 were first doses, and 76,599 were second doses. According to the health bulletin, there are 1,91,89.181 cumulative beneficiaries who have been vaccinated.
