Many of you must be using the Google Photos app, and the company has added two new features to enhance user experience. Tech giant Google has introduced two new AI-powered features that help reduce clutter and categorize screenshots and documents into albums. The company has released a feature called “Photo Stacks,” which assists in organizing photos that look similar into a stack. This way, all photos taken at the same or similar times are grouped together, eliminating the hassle of managing them individually.

The AI-powered Photo Stacks also organizes photos that it deems to have good AI. However, you can also turn off or modify this feature according to your preferences.
AI Categorizes Your Documents and Screenshots
The second update provided by the company in the app is that now AI will categorize your screenshots and documents based on AI categories. For example, bills will be in one place, and your identification cards, driving licenses, etc., will be in a separate folder. Similarly, notes will have a designated folder, automatically created by AI.
Reminders will be Added to the Calendar
Google Photos will now add important information from your gallery to the calendar. For instance, if you have taken a screenshot of a flight ticket, you can add its information to the calendar and set a reminder to ensure you don’t miss your flight and receive timely updates. Similarly, you can set reminders for bills and other things.
The company has made people’s work much easier by bringing AI into the app, emphasizing the improvement of user experience.
