Ingredients for Garlic Soup
cumin 1 tsp
Chilli Flakes 1 tsp
Virgin Olive Oil 2 Tbsp
fresh cream 1 cup
Ajwain 1 tsp
How to make Garlic Soup
Heat olive oil in a pan, now add cumin seeds and let it crackle. Now add chopped onions and stir it for a few minutes. Then add finely chopped garlic and fry for few minutes. Now add chopped potatoes to it and boil it with one and a half cup of water. Also add salt to it so that the potatoes boil quickly. After 20 minutes check the potatoes whether they are cooked or not. When cooked, add fresh cream and other ingredients and mix well. Let it cook for two minutes, now turn off the gas. When the ingredients cool down completely, blend it. Now take it out in a vessel. Now add water to it and adjust the consistency. Now add oregano and chilli flakes to this soup, mix and serve hot in a soup bowl.
