According to Billboard, the massive 27-track album topped the charts with the highest sales week of any album in the year. It sold 309,000 album units during the week ended September 2.

These figures include 357.4 millions on-demand streams, and 37,000 pure sales. Olivia Rodrigo’s “Sour” previously held the record for the charting week that ended June 5, with 295,000 equivalent album copies. Kanye’s latest album also had the biggest streaming week for an album, surpassing J. Cole’s ‘The Off-Season,’ which earned 325.05 millions on-demand streams in its May debut week.
