These things are needed to make Veg Soya Mince-
Soya Chunks – 1 cup
Curd – half cup
Tomato – 1 cup (pulp)
Ginger paste – 1 tsp
Salt – as per taste
Red chili powder – 1 tsp
Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
Cumin Powder – 1/4 tsp
Cinnamon – 1
Cloves – 3
Cardamom – 2
Green chili – 1 (chopped)
Coriander chopped – 2 tsp
Garam masala – half teaspoon
Onion finely chopped – 1
Garlic finely chopped – 2 cloves
Ghee – 1 tsp

These things are needed to make Veg Soya Mince-
1. To make this, first boil the soya chunks well.
2. After that add salt to it.
3. After this, when it explodes well, then turn off the gas.
4. After this, take out the soya chex from the water and grind it in a mixer.
5. After this, add oil, cumin and all the standing spices in the pan.
6. After that green chilies in it. Mix all the things like garlic, onion, ginger garlic paste etc.
7. When all this is fried well, then add tomato pulp to it.
8. After this add all the powdered spices and fry it well.
9. When oil starts coming out of it, add soya chunks, curd and salt to it.
10. Cover it and cook it for at least 10 minutes.
11. You veg soya mince is ready.
12. Serve it hot.
