After marriage, after not having children, the husband threw him out of the house saying infertile and then married his girlfriend without giving divorce. On the order of the court, the police have registered a case against five people including the husband on the basis of the victim’s report.

Husband’s attitude changed in three years
A 22-year-old married woman resident of Bichuchuda village near Beawar submitted a complaint in the court and told that she was married three years ago according to Hindu customs with Narendra Singh Rawat, son of Bhom Singh, resident of Adarsh ​​Nagar Beawar. At the time of marriage, the family members had given jewellery, gifts and stridhan. Despite this, shortly after the marriage, the husband and in-laws started harassing her for dowry. They used to abuse and beat up by demanding two lakh rupees. When sister-in-law came to her in-laws’ house, she would also taunt her for dowry. Even after 2-3 years of marriage, even after not having children, they started harassing her as infertile. Frustrated, the parents gave one lakh rupees to Narendra Singh. Despite this, his behavior did not change and he threw me out of the house.

The victim alleged that husband Narendra Singh had illicit relations with a girl. Both of them got married after running away from home and now they are together as husband and wife in the same house. Husband has done second marriage without divorce which is a legal offense.

Case registered on court order
The victim filed a complaint in the court and sought justice. After the hearing, the court ordered the police to register a case. On this, the Jawaja police station has started investigation by registering a case against the accused husband, Adarsh ​​Nagar Beawar resident Narendra Singh Rawat, Jethani Sampat Singh Rawat, Jethani Geeta, Chenpura Masuda resident Nand Manju and Nandoi Mangal Singh. Investigating officer SHO Manvendra Singh said that they are investigating after registering a case on the basis of Istgasse (complaint).
