With immediate effect, the price of a commercial LPG Cylinder has been reduced to Rs 135 A 19-kg commercial Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) cylinder in Delhi now costs Rs 2219.
The commercial LPG cylinder cost Rs 2454 in Kolkata, Rs 2360 in Mumbai and Rs 2507 at Chennai before the price drop. The rate for a commercial LPG tank in Kolkata now stands at Rs 2322, Rs 2171.50, and Rs 2373, respectively.
This price reduction is only applicable to commercial cylinders and not domestic LPG cylinders.
In the first week in May, the cost of an LPG cylinder went up by Rs 50.
The price for a 19-kilogram commercial LPG Cylinder was raised by Rs.102.50 to Rs. 2355.50.
Last month, oil marketing companies organized over 5000 LPG panchayats to mark Ujjwala Diwas. This was where, in addition to sharing experience, the goal was to make LPG safe and sustainably used. All efforts were made also for customer enrolment.
