About U.P.Ed 2021:-

UP Joint Entrance Examination, (JEE B.Ed. 2021 is an exam for admission to a Bachelor of Education Course at various Government and Private Institutions. JEE B.Ed Exam took place on 6 August 2021. Candidates looking for UP B.Ed Counseling to JEE B.Ed Entrance Exam must be aware that Counseling will be available on the official site.

B.Ed Exam :-

Lucknow University conducted the exam on 6 August 2021. Exams were held at 606 Exam Centers in Utter Pradesh. The B.Ed entrance exam was Objective type and contained two question papers. Each question paper had 200 marks. 1. It consisted of (i) General Knowledge questions and (iii) Language (Hindi, English). 2. The second question paper consisted of (i) an aptitude test and (iii) subject knowledge (Art, Science Commerce, Agriculture).

UP Counseling 2021:

Only those candidates who are selected for the U.P. Counselling is only open to candidates who have been selected from the JEE B.ED 2021 merit list. The B.Ed. The B.Ed. program in 2021 is scheduled to begin from on 17 September 2021. The Lucknow University (www.mjpru.ac.in), will display a detailed counselling schedule.

Guidelines for Counseling

To register for counselling, you will need the following.

Bank Account Details

  • This should be in honor of the Father or Mother or candidate.
  • Information required
    • Account number
    • IFSC code
    • Name of the bank
    • Branch

Candidates appearing in the 2021 qualifying examination

  • They will need a scan of the qualifying examination mark sheet in order to be eligible for 2021.
  • Only original mark sheets will be accepted.
  • If the Principal of the college or the Registrar at the University does not approve it, no provisional/internet mark sheet will be accepted.

UP Bed Counseling Procedure

FIRST COUNSELLING

Step 1 – Registration

  • Counselling would be broken down by state rank. The counselling would only be open to candidates who fall within the specified state rank range. Before counselling, the detailed phase-wise schedule will be announced.
  • Candidates must log in using their login details. If they forget their password, they can reset it via the link.
  • After logging in, they will need to enter the bank account details.
  • All applicants who are taking the 2021 qualifying examination and whose results have been declared must enter their marks and upload a scanned copy.

Step 2 – Counselling fee and Advance College fees

  • Candidates who have successfully completed step 1 must pay Rs. 5750 (Rs. 5750 (Rs. Advance college fee: Rs. 5000. This can be done online (Net banking, Debit card and Credit Card).
    • If the candidate is not allocated a seat, the Rs.5000 advance college fee will be refunded. The candidate would receive a refund of Rs.5000 into their account details.
    • Counselling fees of Rs. The counselling fee of Rs.750 is non-refundable.
  • Only registered candidates can fill these positions.

Step 3 – Choice Filling

  • Before you fill out the application, please verify the following
    • Option for Sanskrit. This default setting is NO. This applies only to graduates who have learned Sanskrit during their third year.
    • You can correct their gender if it is not correct. This is defaulted to the option they selected in the online application.
  • Counselling candidates must fill out their selections according to their preferences.
    • Candidates have the freedom to choose as many options as they wish.
    • Candidates at lower ranks are encouraged to offer more options to avoid being rejected in allotment.
  • You can view and change your choices until you submit them.
  • You can fill in your choices multiple times. These choices can be saved before you log out. Any data not saved will be lost.
  • Candidates can not change the choices they have made once they are locked in. Candidates must choose a sufficient number of colleges in order to be able to make informed choices.
  • Candidates who have submitted their choices but are not yet locked by the last date for choice filling will be automatically locked prior to seat allotment.

Step 4 – College Allotment

  • The candidate’s state rank based on JEE B.Ed. performance will be used to determine the college allotment. 2021 and the colleges they choose in order of preference during counselling.
    • Only Aided and Government Colleges are exempted from the state’s reservation policy.
  • Only candidates can access the seat allotment results.

Step 5: Provisional Allotment cum Confirmation letter download

  • Candidates who have been allocated college will need to download the Provisional Allotment cum Confirmation Letter through JEE B.Ed. 2021 website.
    • Candidates who pay more than the advance college fees will need to pay the balance online within three days. They can then download the Provisional Allotment cum Confirmation Letter.
    • If the college fee is lower than the advance fee, they can download the provisional Allotment cum Confirmation Letter. The candidate would receive a refund from the allotted college for any excess fees.
  • SC and ST applicants who have uploaded their income certificates and opted for zero fees can download the provisional Allotment cum Confirmation Letter. They must have their income certificate checked at the college. If the certificate is not correct, they will be required to pay the balance fee.

Step 6 – Report to the allotted college

  • The candidate must report to the allotted college within seven calendar days of the date of allotment.
  • The Principal of the college will physically verify the original documents.
  • Candidates whose documents are not validly verified by college authorities will have their candidature cancelled.

POOL COUNSELLING

The second round of counselling is complete and the college seats are filled with pool counselling

Pool Step 1 Registration

  • Only those candidates who have not taken part in the first round of counselling, those who were rejected from any college or who failed to accept the allotted place are eligible for pool counselling.
  • The process for pool counselling is identical to the first counseling. The process for pool counselling is the same as the first one. Candidates must register and pay the registration fee.
  • Candidates must log in using their credentials. If they forget their password, they can reset it via the provided link.
  • After logging in, they will need to enter the bank account details.
  • Candidates who are taking the 2021 qualifying examination and whose results have been declared must enter their marks and upload a scanned copy.

Pool Step 2 Counselling fee, and Full College Fee payment

Counselling fees are Rs. 750.00 is non-refundable. They must also deposit Rs. 5000.00 Advance college fee If the college is not allotted to the candidate, this amount will not be refunded.

Step 3: Filling

  • Before you fill out the application, please verify the following

Pool Step 4 – College Allotment

  • The candidate’s state rank and the colleges they chose in preference during counselling will determine the college allocation.
    • Only Aided and Government Colleges are exempt from the state’s reservation policy.
  • The seat allocation results will be made available to candidates via candidate login.

Pool Step 5: Provisional Allotment cum Confirmation letter download

  • Candidates who have been allocated college will need to download the Provisional Allotment cum Confirmation Letter through JEE B.Ed. 2021 website.
  • The college fee of Rs 51250.00 or Rs. 5000.00 will be refunded if a candidate who is not assigned to college does not report to the college. 5000.00 for SC/ST candidates) will not be refunded.
  • A college fee of Rs. 5750.00 will be refunded to the candidate if no college is allocated for pool counselling. The candidate must provide details at counselling registration to receive 5750.00 refund to their bank account.

Step 6 – Report to the allotted college

  • The candidate must report to the allotted college within four days of the date of allotment.
  • The Principal of the college will physically verify the original documents.
  • Candidates whose documents are not validly verified by college authorities will have their candidature cancelled.

DIRECT ADMINISSION

  • This counselling session is at the college level.
  • Only candidates who are able to take part in this round can be counseled.
  • These were the J.E.E. candidates. B.Ed. B.Ed.
  • Only candidates can be admitted to any college if there are no seats available after the pool and first counselling.
  • Direct admission is available to the following candidates
    • Students who were not admitted to any college during their first counselling.
    • Individuals who have not been accepted to any college for pool counselling.
    • Participants who have not taken part in the counselling process.
  • The college will verify the details of the candidate from Lucknow University website, and then give direct admission to the candidates according to the rules.
  • The college will deposit the fee.

Documents are required to report

  • Candidats will need to bring the originals and a self-attested copy of each of the following documents.
    • Lucknow University Portal Printout of Provisional Allotment cum Confirmation Letter
    • Copie of the Application Form, Admit Card, and Score Card of J.E.E. B.Ed. 2021.
    • Certificate Class X: Proof of Date of Birth
    • All Certificates and Mark Sheets Up to Qualifying Examination.
    • Original Category, Sub-Category, and Weightage Certificates in the prescribed format. Original photo ID issued Government.
