WhatsApp, a prominent social media company, introduced the Channels feature in India some time ago. Through this feature, users can connect with their favorite creators, celebrities, and organizations. Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg recently revealed that the company has gained 500 million active users on this feature within seven weeks. During this period, the company also added the option of stickers in channels. Now, users can convey their messages to their followers in channels using stickers, enhancing engagement.

Some popular channels utilizing stickers include the International Cricket Council, Mumbai Indians, the Indian Cricket Team, Diljit Dosanjh, Katrina Kaif, Allu Arjun, Vijay Deverakonda, Chef Ranveer Brar, TechBurner, and others.
Different from Personal Chats, WhatsApp Channels provide a distinct experience. Through them, users can receive daily updates from their favorite creators and celebrities. It allows users to connect directly with them without revealing their phone numbers. The information in WhatsApp Channels remains secure, and no one else can see your name and profile. Only the admin and you stay connected.
Multi-Account Feature: WhatsApp has started rolling out the multi-account feature, allowing users to open two accounts in the same app and switch between them anytime. To open multiple accounts, go to settings, click on the ‘downward arrow’ at the top right corner, and click on the ‘Add Account’ option to complete the process. This feature operates similarly to Instagram.
