J P Nadda (BJP president) criticized Rahul Gandhi, senior Congress leader, for tweeting images of the family of a nine-year-old Dalit girl, who was allegedly raped in Delhi.
The BJP also demanded Twitter to lock Gandhi's account because the victim's family denied that he had consented before posting the photos."Rahul has lost credibility and is now a regular liar," Sambit Patra, a party spokesperson said. Sambit Patra, spokesperson for the party said that the public had locked Gandhi's political account. Now Twitter should do the same.
Nadda spoke at the virtual inauguration for the BJP office in Kozhikode, Kerala. He said, "Rahul Gandhi's political tourist is also happening in Kerala." He lost in Amethi and so he ran to Wayanad.
According to Gandhi, the BJP chief stated that changing states won't alter someone's behavioral patterns or intentions.
Nadda also attacked the LDF government in Kerala regarding the rise in COVID-19 case numbers. Nadda claimed that almost 20,000 cases are being filed in Kerala each year. Kerala currently has almost half of the COVID-19 case burden.
